Lance / ??
Inspired by the eighties night I went to last night[1] : Lance and the Bonnie Tyler song 'Holding out for a hero' please ;D
[1] there are agreed bits of literal "choreography" for 'he's got to be strong', 'fresh from the fight' etc - I leave the moves for 'he's got to be larger than life' *entirely* up to your imagination ...

Nick: what the hell?
Lance: He's got to be strong! [forces Nick to hold up his arm in the time honored 'feel my muscles' pose.]
Nick: uhm. [stands there and looks. well. Like Nick.]
Lance: Fresh from the fight. [leans over and sniffs at Nick's neck, right at the back. after a moment waves his hand in front of his nose.]
Nick: hey! What are you doing back there? [swats half hearted at Lance. twirls around to try and catch him at something.]
Lance: larger than life. [does an old bit if Backstreet choreography and gestures at Nick]
Nick: [laughs and blushes.] [does a few more old Backstreet moves with Lance]
Lance: [makes another gesture that indicates certain parts of Nick are larger than other parts. Makes suggestive eyebrow raises]
crowd: ooooooooooh.
Nick: uh. Thanks? [looks very embarrassed, but knows that sound]
Lance: [looks around, grabs Nick's hand and makes a break for it.]
Nick: Um, bye folks! [waves as he's dragged away]

Hero
Hero: Postscript to an Unwritten Story
Justin didn't like this song, not really. He'd suggested, tentatively, that 'Bliss' would have been a better choice—and not just because he rewrote the bridge, whatever Chris might say—but Lance had given an absolute veto, and when Chris agreed, there wasn't any more to say on the subject. And really, JC had been right, this was the song, the perfect song, for the occasion.
Despite his misgivings—it was so cheesy, 80s pop, ferchrissakes! had it even been cool back then?—it turned out to be a helluva lot of fun to sing. It was a pity the four of them couldn't belt it out at Lance's pitch, because on the CD the intro reverberated like a war cry, but it still sounded pretty good. Justin bellowed his Aahs and Ooohs and went through his heroic poses along with the others while Lance stood in the centre with his back to the audience. Then he caught sight of Lance's face. Lance seriously looked like he was about to throw up.

Hero, cont
He'd grumbled all through rehearsals, reminding them how he never wanted solos, muttering about how that Atlantis concert had been the most terrifying experience of his life, bar one. Eventually, Chris had taken him to one side and said something that made Lance blush, which was still funny, Justin loved seeing Lance blush, and after that the whining had, well, not stopped exactly, but it got a lot quieter. Justin did not want to think about what Chris had said. He suspected it was bribery of a sexual nature, and really, the way those two looked when they swaggered in every morning, wasn't Chris supposed to be getting old and where did he get the energy anyway?
Mustn't complain, though. Anything that got Chris tour-fit...
There had been more protestation and pleading when it came to ordering the set list. Lance had been determined to get this over with as early as possible so that, in his words, he could relax and have a chance to enjoy the rest of the concert. Justin knew that it wasn't right to program this song—and Lance, dammit!—so early in the show, but JC took him aside when they broke for lunch to whisper that they could switch the running order after the first show, no problem. So Lance had got his way.

A packed arena, the first show of the *Nsync Resurrection tour, less screaming and more listening than there used to be but the same high coming off the audience, and with four bars to go Lance seriously looked as though he was gonna throw up. Justin had a moment of absolute panic, wondering what the hell they were supposed to do if Lance hurtled off stage any second now, and did he or any of them know the words well enough to wing it, when the harmonies crashed to a close and Lance turned on cue and strode forward into the spotlight.
Whew.
But you could hear the nerves in Lance's voice, you could tell if you knew what Lance could really do that he wasn't doing it, because Lance's voice was huge, just huge, when he relaxed and let it go. He was singing with his eyes shut, Justin realized, and grinned across at Joey, blinking meaningfully. The onstage telepathy still worked: Joey pulled an exasperated face, and broke with the choreography to bounce over to Lance several beats early, to pump Lance's arm wildly in the air and startle him out of hiding. And then they swung back into synch, and Lance was up on Joey's shoulders in time for the Superman line.
The crowd were loving it, jumping up and down, singing along, and as they burst into the chorus, everyone down there was doing the choreography too. Everybody knew it, of course. Lance was sounding better now. Much, much better, with his feet back on the stage again and his eyes open to see the crowd responding to him. When was he going to get used to the fact that they loved him?
Justin caught JC's eye, and they grinned helplessly at one another, flexing their muscles and hamming it up like lunatics. This was what he'd missed, Justin realized. Not the other guys—yeah, he'd missed them, especially at first, but it had been fantastic touring on his own—but the goofy shit that the five of them hatched without even thinking when they got together, and which he'd somehow never managed by himself. Putting Lance up front to sing this song wasn't even the craziest thing in the show.
This tour was gonna be so much fun.

I especially liked this.

Just excellent!
