AJ and JC, with reference to smoking at gigs and / or smoking bans that apply to clubs and other venues.

(This is a topical one, as I've just had to come home early from a gig because the smoke was too much for my lungs - fortunatly I was there for the support acts, and it's only six days before the smoking ban comes in here! )
