How about a JC/female camping ficlet? Chilly spring night in the dark woods with campside fires, sticky fingers from melted marshmellows, coyotes/other nature sounds in the background type of things.

I've watched too many Andy Rooney/Judy Garland "let's put on a show!" movies lately.

I want a "backstage" story. I'm thinking a Community Playhouse type of situation with everyone in their teens/twenties, etc. AU, of course. It's the yearly production and the dramas to go along with it. Actors, stage crew, director. Slash pairings, het pairings, no pairings. Your choice. I want Lance & Howie to be/get together, though. So use the popworld and twist it around. Just snapshots of scenes, if necessary.
