Hello :)
This is my first request, this seems like fun from the lurking I've done.
I think that there needs to be a ficlet about

angel_q, I just shrunk it a bit for the largness of it all.
Chris needs to have called JC and yelled at him about being up so very high with no safety gear. I don't care if it's snark, or love, or friendship, just Chris, caring enough to yell at his boy. Yes.

Chris needs to have called JC and yelled at him about being up so very high with no safety gear. I don't care if it's snark, or love, or friendship, just Chris, caring enough to yell at his boy. Yes.
Drops (part one)
Drops
Chris ran down the steps as quickly as he could, cursing when he got a splinter from the old wooden railing. “I fucking hate this building,” he murmured, panting as he stopped to pick at the sliver embedded at the edge of his hand. “I fucking hate JC.”
The chilly air stole his breath as he pushed the heavy door open. He was glad it was chilly. There wasn’t even air conditioning in the old building they lived in, so they counted on open windows and fans to keep them cool during the warm summer days. As he leaned back against the brick building, his head hit a little harder than he intended, so he winced and lifted his hand to rub away the pain. It still hurt, but not as much as the pain in his heart. He suspected there was no way to reach that to rub away the pain.
Thoughts swirled through his mind and he cursed his impulsive nature as he pounded his fists against the brick wall. “I can’t believe I just broke up with him,” he mumbled. His eyes stared into the distance, not focusing on anything.
Half an hour later, Chris was still leaning against the brick wall. A few drops of water snapped him out of his thoughts. Instinctively, he rubbed the damp drops as they hit him. It didn’t take him long to realize it wasn’t rain. Looking up, he saw JC sitting in their open window, dangling his legs out, kicking freely. His eyes sparkled as he dipped his fingers into a glass of water, sporadically sprinkling drops down onto Chris.
Chris immediately moved a few feet away from the building, stumbling and falling to his knee, because he was watching JC, rather than where he was walking. “Dammit JC! What the fuck are you doing in the window? You could fall. Go back inside.”
JC reached back to put the glass down inside their apartment, then shook his head and scooted out a little further, taunting Chris.
Chris paled and sputtered. “Dammit JC, you’re going to get hurt. You’re going to fall. Hold on to something, please!”
“Wouldn’t you catch me, Chris? If I fell, wouldn’t you catch me?”
“Get back inside NOW!”
“Make me.”
“Hold on. Hold on and I’ll come get you.”
JC scooted even further out on the ledge. “Catch me!”
“JC, I’m serious. You’re going to hurt yourself. You. Stay. There. Don’t move.”
JC inched forward slowly and kicked his legs out, then settled down, watching Chris.
