The Perfect Couple

It was infuriating when Chris got like this. It was rare to see him this way and so everytime it came up Lance was left angry and incapable of giving him what he needed. He knew that the times Chris got insecure, depressed and downright morose where the times Chris needed compassion, understanding and love but everytime Lance responded with anger and catiness. He couldn't count the number of shouted obscenities, insults and right down cut throat comments about Chris being too old, too ugly and downright useless. He simply watched as his insults wore on Chris and pushed him down more and more until it felt he would lose Chris forever.

But after a while the words would cause the opposite effect, Chris would smirk and simply sit back and watch until finally he had to prove himself to Lance. He stopped Lance's tirade mid word and place the hardest of kisses to his mouth leaving him breathless and confused. He'd rip off his clothes and throw him on the bed and simply take him over and over again completely oblivious to Lance's need. It wasn't the most conventional relationship. Some would call it destructive, dangerous and downright dysfunctional but in their eyes it wasn't so for it only happened sometimes. The rest of the time they were simply the perfect couple.
