Had a bit of an accident yesterday, and today I'm stiff, sore, and realising just how frustrating it is to have your right arm hurt when you try and do most anything for more than five seconds ... set me thinking to the various times we've seen one or other of the guys with a wrist strapped up and just what exactly a caring boyfriend could do to make them comfortable, as it were ...
