[1] there are agreed bits of literal "choreography" for 'he's got to be strong', 'fresh from the fight' etc - I leave the moves for 'he's got to be larger than life' *entirely* up to your imagination ...

You know what - if you wait long enough (or, better yet, prod me occasionally) there's a big fat story... bits of it are done, and residing quietly on this laptop. But it's a big story, so I'm hiding from it.
