I suppose you could look at that a couple of ways. Either the guy is watching Lance and thinking or hoping Lance is about to give someone a blow job, or he just watched Lance give someone a blow job.
Your assignment, if you so choose, a scenario based on either premise as long as the recipient is another NSyncer. Your choice. ;)
