I'd like a fic where Chris is all worn out and overworked and just falling apart from lack of sleep, and Lance takes care of him and makes it all better.

Chris thought a degree in psychology would take him far but so far all it had landed him was a thanless job in a non-profit organization. He loved his work though, talking to children and adolescents about their problems and being the only support that this children had meant a lot to him and he went out of his way to excel and be a mixture of friend, parent amd teacher to those kids.

Unfortunately, like in every job around, he was dealt a bad hand in terms of his boss. A perfectionist with a stick up his ass who wanted everything done his way and made others do his work for them. Chris being the most senior meber of the staff was given most of the work. it wasn't enough that he had to do his work but on top of that he had to his boss' job as well.

He went out of town to nearby counties to check up on other programs and did errands and menial stuff that his boss wouldn't touch. Apart from this he had to maintain his numbers and be there for his kids when they needed him. Ths meant that he worked long hours and rarely took a day for imself. he was underpayed and there was no overtime so he was always stressed out about money.

but like they say there is always a bright spot and for Chris it was Lance. It wasn't easy since they hardly had time for each other with Lance still finishing up his studies in business and chris working all the time but the few moments they spend together kept them going.

And fortunately for Chris the best was yet to come, Lance had arranged an entire two week vacation during the summer in order for Chris to relax and to celebrate his graduation. All he travel plans were made and they would soon relax and enjoy themselves in Hawaii!

Lance was going to make sure Chris got enough sleep and much needed relaxation but he was also going to propose to Chris. Lance wanted to be the one taking care of Chris forever!
