I can't stop watching the part of Behind the Music where Brian tells how none of the boys visited him in the hospital. I want to see Nick coming to him after seeing BtM and asking for forgivness for not being there back then. Slashy or not, your choice.

Brian didn’t hear the door open or the alarm system reset. It was because of the stealthiness of the visitor that Brian almost had a heart attack when he heard the quiet ‘hey’ that announced Nick to him.
“Dang Nick. Give a person some war...” Brian’s sentence was left incomplete as he faced Nick.
In the face of the huge balloon, the box of chocolates, the large stuffed fox and the bouquet of flowers there was no room in his head for even remembering what he was going to finish it with. Brian’s mouth opened slightly as he took in the festive ‘Get Well Soon’ blazoned across the front of the balloon. His brow furrowed in confusion and then he remembered the look on Nick’s face when they had watched the interview together.
“Nick, really. This...” he gestured to the assortment of gifts.
Nick put the flowers down on the coffee table. He turned to look out the wall of windows that over looked the back yard. “I know. It was just...” His head bent a little as shame washed over him again. “I wanted to explain.”
“There’s no need. I know why you did this and it’s just not necessary. It was a long time ago and it doesn’t matter anymore.” Brian sat down on the couch. He didn’t particularly feel like rehashing this again. He’d been hurt but he’d understood. After a while anyway.
The tall man turned to look at him. The sun caught his hair and made it look like a halo. Brian was just about to tease him about it to change the subject when he saw Nick’s expression. To be honest it took him completely by surprise.
“Nick.”
“Just... wait.” Nick held out his hand to stop him from saying anymore. He took a deep breath and sat in the chair nearest him. He leaned forward and rested his elbows on his knees, looking at his hands for a minute before swallowing.
Brian sat silent.
“I just wanted to tell you that... I didn’t come to the hospital. I know you know that. But I needed you to hear me say it. I also need you to hear me say the rest of it. So if you could just listen... well that would be easier.” he glanced at Brian who nodded. “We all said we didn’t come to the hospital because of the chaos it would cause if people found out that Backstreet was there. That was partially true. I know we could have probably snuck in one at a time or something but the excuse was too convenient. Too easy to use.” Nick licked his lips. “We were all worried about you bro. You know we called to check on you. But it... when you were in the hospital and sick and our future was up in the air it was just... we were scared. So we used the excuse to not have to think about it very much.”
Nick stood up and Brian watched as he paced back and forth. His long legs covering the area quickly. “I was selfish back then Bri. I mean damn, we were stars. Had money, had fame, had everything and then all of a sudden that was all in jeopardy. Everything we had worked so hard for.” Nick broke off and looked at Brian. “I was just... angry. I’m sorry, but that’s how I felt.” he started pacing again. “Long story short... yeah I know too late... You got better and life slowly returned to fame and fortune. But I still woke up in cold sweats just consumed by panic. I’m so sorry Brian. You’ve been there for me through so much. Like a big brother, just like we always said. I know it must have hurt no matter what you say now. I never meant to hurt you.”
Brian caught his breath as Nick looked at him with those big sorrowful eyes. Some of the hurt that had been dredged up with the mention of the whole incident was lost in that minute. Instead he just felt lucky to have a friend that would be that honest with him.
“That just made up for it.” He said softly.
Nick smiled at him, the sun breaking through the storm. When he wrapped Brian up in a hug it was a sensation of love and brotherhood that filled them both and maybe a hint of something more.
